How to Export Your Compliance Data

Equipath allows you to export your compliance data for reporting, audit preparation, or external analysis.

Exporting from the Compliance Tab

  1. Navigate to the entity's Compliance tab.
  2. Apply any filters you want (status, jurisdiction, year).
  3. Click the Export button (download icon) at the top right of the table.
  4. Choose your format:
    • CSV — For spreadsheet analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
    • PDF — For formatted reports to share with stakeholders.
  5. The file will download to your device.

What's Included in the Export

  • Filing name and ID
  • Jurisdiction
  • Due date
  • Status
  • Period
  • Registration type
  • Notes (if any)

Dashboard Export

For a cross-entity compliance report:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click Export in the compliance summary section.
  3. The export will include data from all entities you have access to.

Data Privacy Note

Exported files contain your decrypted compliance data. Treat them with the same care as any sensitive business document — store securely and limit distribution.

Tip: Schedule a monthly export as part of your compliance review process to maintain an offline backup of your compliance records.
