Every filing in Equipath has a status that reflects where it is in the compliance lifecycle.
Status Definitions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not Filed | Automatically assigned when a filing is created. |
| Due Soon | Automatically updated when the due date is within 30 days. |
| Overdue | Automatically updated when the due date has passed. |
| Filed | Updated when you click "Submit Filing". |
Statuses update automatically based on due date, with the exception of Filed, which is set when you record a completed filing in the system.
