Compliance Data Not Loading

If you see a loading spinner that doesn't resolve, or an error message in the Compliance tab, here are the most common causes and fixes.

Common Causes

1. Network Issue

Equipath fetches compliance data from the server each time you load the tab. A slow or interrupted connection can cause loading to fail.

Fix: Check your internet connection and refresh the page.

2. Session Expired

Your session may have timed out, requiring you to log in again.

Fix: Log out and log back in.

3. No Registrations Configured

If an entity has no registrations with filing rules, the Compliance tab will show an empty state — this is expected, not an error.

Fix: Add registrations with filing rules in the Registrations tab.

4. Data Sync Issue

Occasionally, data can fall out of sync between the client and server.

Fix: Click the Reload icon at the top of the Compliance tab to force a fresh fetch.

Reporting a Problem

If none of the above fixes work, contact support with:

  • The entity ID (visible in the URL)
  • A description of the error message (if any)
  • The approximate time the issue started
